The Colloidal Oatmeal, Goat's Milk and Calendula Extract soothe irritation, while and Panthenol and Allantoin enhance moisture retention and promote skin health, leaving your skin feeling soft, soothed, and refreshed. Excellent for people who don't want to feel like they're wearing a moisturizer!
